After “Conditioning for Circus”, these lessons are geared towards developing mobility in the areas most desirable for circus performers. Over several weeks, you will cultivate a better understanding of the musculoskeletal system and you will be able to apply this knowledge to your own stretching regime for more safe and efficient stretching!

Book through my website at least 1 hour before the lesson begins
I will send over an email 15 minutes before the lesson begins to invite you to the chat - just click the link to join the interactive lesson. (Remember to check your junk mail!)
