Overhead Stability for Safe Handbalancing


This workshop runs for and hour and a half to give us plenty of time to thoroughly stretch and strengthen through the shoulders, back and core as well as discussing muscle engagement and correct technique. Tips from this workshop will help you improve your alignment and minimise effort when you're standing on your hands! It is important to me that you go away from our lessons with the knowledge to train smarter by yourself - This intensive workshop will include extensive explanation of the anatomy and biomechanics of handbalancing and injury prevention. PLEASE NOTE: I require that all students in this class are able to kick up into a handstand with or without a spot
