Flexibility for Handbalancing

An hour and a half workshop written to help you boost your flexibility, specifically for handbalancing. Tips from this workshop will help you improve your technique and minimise effort when you're standing on your hands! It is important to me that you go away from our lessons with the knowledge to train smarter by yourself - This intensive workshop will include extensive explanation of the anatomy and biomechanics of handbalancing and injury prevention.
