This intermediate handbalancing class will push you to explore new ways to enter a handstand, and eventually progress into short routines of different handbalancing shapes.
We will focus heavily on learning a handstand press, transitions and endurance
I will discuss anatomy and muscle engagement throughout class to encourage full understanding of what your body needs to do and why, in order to allow you the best opportunity to progress
