Available for students who can confidently kick or press into a handstand and hold for a few seconds. This class will teach you correct alignment and build a repertoire of shapes and entrances in preparation for creative handbalancing
This intermediate handbalancing class will push you to explore new ways to enter a handstand and build up the strength and technique in order to play with creative handbalancing.
We will focus heavily on learning a handstand press, transitions and endurance
I will discuss anatomy and muscle engagement throughout class to encourage full understanding of what your body needs to do and why, in order to allow you the best opportunity to progress
