Performing a handstand is a deceptively complicated movement; combining strength, flexibility and alignment.
In these beginners' classes we will be focusing mostly on building the confidence and strength required to start your handstand journey.
I will discuss anatomy and muscle engagement throughout class to encourage full understanding of what your body needs to do and why, in order to allow you the best opportunity to progress
